Founded by the mysterious Citizen X, the CEF is composed of formerly ordinary citizens turned meta human dynamos by dangerous and often fatal physiological and genetic alterations. The CEF operates as the black-ops branch of the Longbow, but is neither recognized or funded by Longbow or Paragon officials. Where Longbow is the broadsword, the CEF is the scalpal.

The Citizens Elite Force is an SG based on community. We are a group of mature adults who play together nightly. Our focus is on group play, group fun and group success. We are currently the #1 Supergroup heroside (Liberty Server) and have a massive base with all the must have items - base rezzer, tpers to all zones (which allow it), time travel mish crystal, crafting tables and vault, self-buffing stations and tons of community storage. Our base also includes immersion items such as a Longbow Hovercraft hanger, a trophy room, a dining/dance hall, a pool room, an SG Chapel, a library, personal quarters for ranked SG members, common areas and even a sewage treatment center :-) We also use VENTRILO and offer the hottest SG uniforms in the COX community. Don't look now but there's a NEW SHERIFF in town!!!
Over a full 2 months shy of its second anniversary, the Citizens Elite Force became the Liberty Server's top ranked Hero Super Group, passing the LFCKS (Liberty Fellowship Commando Kill Squad) to grab the brass ring. Ironically, the LFCKS was home to Citizen Alpha's first in-game mentor, Copenhagen (aka Ghirar, Tark, etc). To celebrate, the CEF held a 70 millon influence costume contest in Atlas with 35 million paid out to the top 3 contestants and all other participants receiving a cool 1 million just for showing up! Just our way of giving back to the community who has given so much to us. Congrats to all those, past and present, who have contributed in one way or another in our success.

Medieval adventurers plea to Citizen X:  HELP US GET HOME!
Eight warriors have been lost in time, landing here in Paragon City. In the hopes that Citizen X can use the new found Ourbouros portals to help them return to their time, they have pledged their swords and spells to the CEF's cause. Who will take up the fight to help these displaced heroes?

As a time-filler till the release of  i12, we would like to extend an invitation to all Citizens to play a mideval themed team. This team would lean heavily to the melee side, with a dash of ranged (archery) along with a mage and cleric type. Tanks (SS, Axe, Warmace), Scrappers (dual blades or broad sword), with cleric, mage and archer filling out the fender, troller and blaster roles to round out the team. Just remember that these are mideval heroes - their costumes and powersets should reflect this - think willpower, invun or super reflexes. Be imaginative - maybe the acher is elven with some magical ability (emp/archery) - maybe the cleric is a dwarven priest with the ability to command the forces of the earth. Lots of possibilities...let's see what the Citizens can come up with!
